The complete interior renovation of the nightly rental unit situated in the Village was executed with meticulous attention to detail. Operating remotely due to the clients' residence in Hong Kong, we seamlessly coordinated the planning and construction phases from afar.

Key design elements included expanding the kitchen's footprint to enhance storage and circulation, alongside the implementation of custom millwork throughout the space. The renovation encompassed the installation of all-new lighting fixtures and bathroom fittings, with a luxurious freestanding tub as the centerpiece of the ensuite. Flooring and finishes were carefully selected to withstand the demands of high traffic typical in rental properties, ensuring durability without compromising on aesthetic appeal.

Challenges: arose due to the narrow timeframe, necessitating completion between peak rental seasons. Despite this, all design planning was conducted online, fostering trust with the client.

Success: Their initial viewing of the unit occurred upon project completion, a testament to its timely and within-budget delivery.
